1. We had a 3 bedroom suite on 2nd floor and our balkony was just horrible.

4. My only complaint is that the few pizza delivery companies that deliver to the facility are horrible and one company never showed after 45 minutes of calling them over and over.

I have read several of the negative reviews regarding this property and it is my opinion that the people who wrote these reviews either own a roach infested motor lodge down the street and are jealous or these are actual travelers who could stay in the west wing of the White House and still write a 3 page review of how filthy the room was and how horrible the service was.
