1. The one woman desk at the Palms Resort is a long LONG ways away on International drive in the heart of a God-awful area traffic that continues til past midnight.

5. Good hotel, can walk to several eateries, shopping nearby great, parks in easy reach, pool clean and plenty of space,(we were there during peak time at Easter), staff helpful but American television is truly awful.
