4. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable although it would have benefited from lighter more modern furniture as the rooms were a bit gloomy and a kettle (yes, I know this is very English of me but I took my own tea bags and wanted to boil a kettle in the morning, not mess about with a saucepan on the hob.

6. My little girl found a piece of an earring in the bathroom sink, so not even they didn't clean, but not even took away their own mess,I usually think that the lousy reports are given by the Grinch and his relatives, but not this time.

7. I must say that I am a very picky traveler and found that though the room 'appeared' clean many of the doors to the cupboards had quite a bit of old sticky messes on them that were quite easy to see and doors around the unit had many sticky finger prints all over them.

8. No cleaning equipment was provided, not even a dustpan and brush, so it's hard to clean up any accidental messes the kids make.
