1. Other than these issues, it was a fairly pleasant stay at Floridays.

2. The furniture and cabinets in the room were a bit old and worn, there was 1 flat screen TV and 2 ugly black box TVs in the rooms and we had a drainage issue and a burnt out light in the guest bathroom that was apparently missed by housekeeping and maintenance crew.

3. Service was fairly good, the staff was helpful and quick (we had a drainage issue with one of our bathtubs and it was fixed while we were out).

5. Either way the staff seemed very friendly and responsive, so I have no doubt they could have corrected some of the minor issues had I cared enough to notify them.

6. ) Negatives: There were a few issues with the room, ie the water in the shower took a really long time to get warm, some light bulbs were burnt out, the sheets weren't clean when I arrived.

7. - Safety deposit box in the roomsMinor issues we had:- There is construction work taking place on the left side of the hotel, looks like a new road being built, there was some minor noise evident in one of the bedrooms mainly from beepers on the trucks & construction equipment being used, normally early morning- 'Confusion' over the daily ammenities for the bathrooms - some days we had, some days we did not, one staff member said we should not be having though reading through our daily resort fee brochure it said we should.
