1. downside: we stayed in building E and there was construction going on across the street (7am-4pm), windows and walls facing the outside hallway were thinly insulated (you could hear people coming and going) and that was a bit of a bother since the guest bedroom was on that side.

7. only one small downside is the cleaning the fact they only made beds & removed rubbish wasn't a problem just the time I no it's a big hotel but sometimes we would return bac @ 4/5 & still not done.

9. downside is you've to drive 10/15mins up i drive to main food,shopsit could be a little out of the way for someone without a carnext problem with the apt was the first morning we woke up we went in for a shower and noticed the floor move a little.

Room was very nice, clean, we had towels changed daily , amenities replenished & trash removed everyday, bed linen changed after 7 days, hot tub on master room is wonderful, the only downside was we were in room 307 near the lift and some guests were not very courteous at 4AM by shouting through the hallways, also one night we were kept awake by rowdy guests ( you know who you are .
