ly, it was a room where the door had been removed from the bathroom and it was next to the elevator lobby and for some reason the hotel has overly loud almost rap-like music playing in the elevator lobbies 24-hours a day.

ly, this was not true and we were very disappointed in the lack of customer service and attention to detail that most boutique hotels, especially those in the Preferred Boutique group, usually have.
