1. We had a slight problem with our room - after showers, there was a strong sewage smell - the front desk took care of it immediately and moved us to another room - providing a free upgrade and even complimentary drinks at the bar that night.

5. The only complaints we had were the strange hallways where you have to go down a few steps even after getting out of the elevator (not nice when you have a sleeping kid in the stroller) and the hallways smelled of smoke (the rooms didn't though, which was a relief).

Lastly, when we got to our floor, it smelled like dirty laundry, housekeeping had bags of dirty linens all over the floor, and there was one room with a room service tray outside in the hallway that hadn`t been picked up, when we came back from dinner the smell had gone for the most part, but the room service tray was still there, this had to of been 2 or 3 hours later.
