The hotel staff provided ice, which solved my
problem
, but it was inconvenient trekking up to the 12th, then down to the lobby, then back to my room.

We had stayed here with another couple and they stayed in the room across the hall and had the same
problem
with temperature and also couldn't figure out how to use the phone.

problem
could have come across a bit less 'you owe us money'ish' but he was young and I'll chalk it up to lack of experience.

We had a slight
problem
with our room - after showers, there was a strong sewage smell - the front desk took care of it immediately and moved us to another room - providing a free upgrade and even complimentary drinks at the bar that night.
