1. When I arrived I was informed that my room wasn't ready (hardly surprising given the time) but if I wouldn't mind too much they could upgrade me to a suite for free.

2. Our room just had a single narrow window that did not let in hardly any natural light, also due to the building across the alley blocking most of it, and the lighting in the room also could have been better.
