1. My only complaint about this very nice hotel is that there is only one ice machine.

8. The only complaints we had were the strange hallways where you have to go down a few steps even after getting out of the elevator (not nice when you have a sleeping kid in the stroller) and the hallways smelled of smoke (the rooms didn't though, which was a relief).
