1. I thought the guy who was handling the problem could have come across a bit less 'you owe us money'ish' but he was young and I'll chalk it up to lack of experience.

5. The 24-hr fitness center was a big sell, and the in-room jacuzzi tubs in the suites (suites only) almost make up for the lack of a pool.

6. There aren't even tables and chairs to sit at (just the 3 or 4 lounge couches) and the lack general layout of the breakfast table was reminiscent of what most hotels offer all day long - a decorative bowl of fruit and free coffee.
