4. Housekeeping comes at 7 am and since its windy its very hard to keep "Do Not Disturb" sign attached to the door, so be ready to be woken up at 7 am by housekeeping.

9. -I've been in all rooms at this hotel, from the second floor thru the top floor and none have an ocean view, unless you are on the lanai, looking hard right thru the other truely ocean view buildings.

10. rooms open to the outside, the bed was hard as a rock, and if you're used to the usual luxury accomodations of most W's, don't stay here.
