2. Our stay started off very frustrating in that we arrived from the cruise ship at 09:30 and were told to return between 1-1:30 for check-in.

3. Oh, one more thing - valet parking is mandatory - which we found a little frustrating as you have to pay for parking and then a tip is expected every time you require your car.

4. The decor in the room is simple and clean - however the room overall is quite average with a very old and noisy mini-fridge, an older model tv and the 'pillow-top' on the bed rarely stays in place and is quite frustrating.

7. The worst part is that several more emails have been exchanged over the last few months, becoming increasingly hostile as the hotel manager failed to understand my concerns and I grew frustrated.
