1. The carpets were old and dirty, the bathroom had cracking paint and a tub that was worn and dirty in appearance and the lanais did not have properly sealing windows to keep the traffic noise out.

5. While it has a 1970's, slightly worn vintage aura , it has LOCATION, a lap pool, a ABC store off the lobby, and a travel planner in the lobby.
