4. How it it the security gaurd who was attempting to help do another persons job has the right to call repeatedly to my room and scold me?I wrote it off to ignorance, and after making plans with a collegue, I went down stairs to make a formal complaint to the front desk person.

6. Lodge a complaint and maintenance took 10 hours to get it changed, and it was still pathetic, albeit a little more acceptable3) Security concerns: Returned to find my room opened with the door lock put out (hence the door could not properly close).

10. Going to hawaii on our honeymoon we were out most of the day, as with everyone in hawaii should be, who goes to paradise and spends all day in a hotel anyway? any body with complaints should be out experienceing hawaii instead of being in the hotel all day.
