3. The hot water was also broken and when i requested maintenance to come it took almost 15 minutes and i had to call to remind them.

5. Gaps in the doors, broken facilities and not to mention the noise formt he streets below i couldnt even sleep wearing ear plugs it was so loud.

6. Also one of the lights in the room was broken, the bathroom toilet kept running, and to top it off their oh so appealing 'FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST' isn't anything more than burnt toast and dry pasteries.
