1. I realize that this is not the Sheraton, but I have never in Hawaii seen such consistently poor service.

4. Not only was the room old, which meant poor furnishings (air conditioning from the 1970s making the room hot & stuffy, insufficient lighting throughout room, fridge that barely worked), it was left extremely dirty, evident that housekeeping had not bothered to clean it.

10. now lets talk about the free internet ,,, its 5 computers on the 3rd floor,, in a 16 story hotel again not what the ads inply,,,, overall the quality and condition of the hotel is poor ,its seen a few million people over the years and it shows it, like a cheap motel.
