2. While my room didn't have the scary mold and bugs reported by friends on other floors, I happened to notice a large pile of ceiling debris behind the chair, and underneath large cracks and water spots on the ceiling.

3. Cons: outdated bathrooms, have to take stairs up to lobby from main entrance, parking isn't great, kind of a scary neighborhood.
