4. The walls & ceiling were water damaged, carpets and tile were filthy, and the bed looked like it was picked up at the local Goodwill.

5. There was water damage in the ceiling/wall of the room, rooms were not very clean (hair in the bathtub before we ever used it) the hallways were filthy and had carpet bulging, elevators and stairwells were dirty and had sticky floors.
