4. They let us look at 2 more and we decided on the room with more dated carpet, dust/dirt hanging from the ceiling, A/C with wire hanging out on the floor, furniture that was dusty, I coud go on but why.

They switched us to a different room, there was dirt and hair in the bathtub I ended up having to clean myself, when we woke we found water all over the floor and couldn't figure out where it was coming from until we sat on the toilet to use it and it began dripping on our heads, I looked up to see a pocket of water on the ceiling and water dripping from the cracks.

8. The TV didn't work and when I discovered the reason was that the power strip was turned off and remedied that I saw lots of dust and dirt on the floor behind the TV.
