1. Staff person gets on whom we inform of the problem, she yells to guy at front desk (you have to see the configuration of this hotel to understand how she could yell to the desk person) who then tells us not to press anything.

7. I found my room to be clean, the staff pleasant enough, and had no concerns/problems with the surrounding neighborhood (the hotel is located in a quiet business park by the airport).
