1. The rooms were moldy and mildewed.

2. The third room at least had a locking door and air conditioning, although it did have mold on the ceiling, the bathroom was filthy, wiring to the AC was exposed, and the carpet had not been vacuumed (see attached photos).

9. While my room didn't have the scary mold and bugs reported by friends on other floors, I happened to notice a large pile of ceiling debris behind the chair, and underneath large cracks and water spots on the ceiling.
