7. in the bathroom facilities; shower did not function properly (more water came from the lower faucet than from the shower head); poor drainage left about 6 to 12 inches of water in the tub after a 5 minute shower; not even a toilet paper 'holder' (but the Housekeeper still 'folded' the roll with a nice corner fold anyway when placing it back on the sink counter) and sometimes replenished the towels and supplies, sometimes not; many vending machines did not have pricing on the items; most elevators were dirty and did not even have any capacity, safety inspection info listed (isn't that a LAW?); how much more do you need to hear? Oh, how about exactly how 'handicap unfriendly' this facility is? I am not handicapped personally, but a couple of my friends are, and what a challenge they had navigating this place.
