1. Bathroom was dirty and never really cleaned, and towel replacement was so random, face towels on every other day, bathmat arrived day 4 of 10, aircon very noisy in room with large clunk when it went on and off.

3. I came with a girlfriend to Miami to experience the nightlife ( I don't think its a place suitable for children really) and I'm sure this hotel can be noisy, If you're looking for a family holiday go elsewhere.
