The only
issue
I had with the hotel was that I had asked for towels and 3 hours later I still had not received the towels I had to call the front desk again and after the second time the towels were immediately brought to the room.

I looked under the bed to see what the frame was like - totally bowed down the center, so I'm sure that was part of the lack of support

Had a small
issue
with an internet
issue
in the lobby (wasn't working very well) and the front desk employee helped me with resolving this
issue
and informed me the concierge would print anything I needed for free.

, there was a leak in the bathroom and they were quick to move us to another room.

There was also topless sunbathers at the hotel pool and we were told that it was against hotel policy however that rule changed as well with the next manager, who was useless in dealing with our

s and our satisfaction was not met.
