Let's see: for $319 (supposedly a special conference rate), there's no minibar, no robes, no conditioner, a nonworking phone, fluorescent lighting, a tiny bathroom,

and had dent marks in them and the TV only had 4 channels.

This room did have better view & was SLIGHTLY cleaner, BUT furniture was still
chipped
, old, dirty rug (not as stained), bathroom dirty.
