1. We also don't care for the spa (overpriced/small and I had - honestly - a horrible facial that I should never have been charged for on our last visit) or the pool (it is very tiny for a hotel pool and very crowded) at the Royal Palms so we really were just there for cocktails, dinner and a what turned out to be non-existent breakfast before flying out the next morning.

3. The reception is tiny, so don't expect to be wowed by marble and chandeliers.

4. There's a few things though, the resort has added more rooms to the property so the pool area is tiny compared to the number of guest (especially when the conventions come out of break) so it's not very relaxing.
"Great Hotel, be careful though with rooms close to the carpark very noisy " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/23/2011 Vote
5. The fitness center was tiny, with only a few pieces of equipment, much like you would find at a cheap hotel.

7. The front desk staff and concierge did not impress me so much - and the lobby is tiny, no coffee or breakfast in the morning.
