The ceilings were very low and normally this really bothers me at hotels, but somehow with the furnishings, fireplace and light fixtures it felt cozy and romantic- not

So while Sanctuary offers a wide open feeling and dramatic vistas over the valley, Royal Palms feels rather

and closed in.

The only small criticism I have is that the pool is on the small side and so the sun lounge area is
cramped
at times - especially at the weekends.
