1. First, the staffperson tried to put me in a room on the first floor, which was adjacent to the interior noisy courtyard (when there were other better options available).

4. BUT: there are only a few rooms with kingsize beds - we didn`t get ours the first night and moving to the backside of the hotel told us, that it is somewhat noisy there compared with a room to the front street.
