2. I would not have booked a room with one bed at all and I certainly would not have paid over $400 to stay on a horrible cot.

4. When I got up that morning I went to take a relaxing bath to try to recover from the horrible night and discovered that not only did the lock on the bathroom not work but the tub drain cover was attached to a spring which disallowed you from taking an actual bath.
