1. Only complaint about the room was that it kept getting hot, we controlled the temperature by opening the window a little when we were in the room, but that's an issue that should be fixed.

9. This was not an issue on a leisure trip such as mine, but could be a problem if the traveler has suits or more formal clothes.

10. This is normally not an issue with me when I stay for just a night or 2 but this trip I stayed 6 days and would have loved to be able to unpack my suitcase.
