1. The first time I stayed I had an awesome corner room with a little dining table in an area with windows on two sides, and the tiny kitchenette adjacent.

5. There is a tiny parking lot but if you happen to stay over a wknd there is enough on street parking in the area.

6. I think there were 10-12 tiny spots behind the hotel, but if they were full--you were forced to park at a parking garage a few blocks away or parallel park at 2hour intervals.

7. And don't get excited about the tiny dog park just a block away, covered with astroturf, even my dog didn't like it.

8. There's also a Safeway and convenience store on 17th, and a Market on 18th, so you can stock your tiny but efficient kitchen for breakfasts, lunch, dinner, or snacks.
