1. The staff has been incredibly nice to us - JoAnn, the group sales manager - has been super helpful, the front desk staff have been great about getting our group checked in quickly and efficiently, and in four years of stays we have not had a single problem or complaint.

3. David, the hotel manager, went out of his way to make the visit special and as comfortable as possible, but with a car we had some problems, particularly at arrival.

4. The Fron Desk Staff (specifically Karen) are friendly and very nice - if there is a problem - they will solve it.

7. We had a problem with our refrigerator and assumed since the hotel was completely full that we would have to wait a couple of hours for help with it, but someone was at our door in 5 minutes.
