1. However, the motel is a good 30 minute walk to the pier and a further 20 minutes to the bars and restaurants of State Street.

6. Needlss to say, I was not happy to be paying this rate, but were going to a concert at the Santa Barbara bowl that night and wanted to enjoy our time in Santa Barbara and be able to walk to the beach.
