1. The location on Corona Delo Mar Street is wonderful if you want to walk to the beach (one block).

2. Its a little tricky to find where its squeezed in between a couple of much nicer hotels but the location is very good right across the street from the beach and close to all the attractions.

3. East Beach is a block away, as is the electric shuttle which will take you down the beach, and up State Street for 25 cents.

4. One other disadvantage is that they have no washers nor dryers, so we take a morning out each week to go to a Milpas Street laundromat.

5. This hotel is in a great location, a one minute walk from the beach and a twenty minute walk from the main street in santa barbara.

7. Tip: try to get the little tourist bus which runs along the beach to the pier and up State Street (look for the little round blue/green bus stops).

8. This place did exactly that, arrived, got freshened up and left within a hr, walked approx 30 mins to pier and then a further 15 mins up state street to the main restaurants and bars.

10. It is across the street from the beach (one motel back), but the view to the beach is blocked from many of the rooms by a motel in front of it.
