5. On the plus side, the room was clean, and the location is great, but I would most certainly not recommend this motel, or any of the other cheaper hotels close by for that matter.

Although it is a bit modest compared to the other more luxurious hotels in this town, we prefer spending less $ on a hotel, and using our extra $ to spend on nice seafood dinners, beach merchandise, and maybe a cruise in the harbor, etc. But, overall, we love staying here and look forward to many more summers with them.

10. The rooms are TINY (we had to put our bags in the bathroom) and the staff were a bit hit and miss (the man on the desk at night was fantastic, some of the others were a bit 'odd') but overall I would definately recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in SB on a budget.
