1. The staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the inn is conveniently located within walking distance to Street AND the beach.

7. The only downside to this location is that State Street, the main drag of Santa Barbara with many shops and restaurants, is not within walking distance, so you have to drive, take a cab, OR you can borrow one of the bikes they have available for free check out at the hotel, which is very cool.

9. Front-desk staff were cheerful and helpful, and we found the location was fairly good - it's a fairly long, but pleasant, walk to Stearns Wharf, the beach or State Street (though to get to State Street you'd need to walk under the freeway).
