1. The staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the inn is conveniently located within walking distance to Street AND the beach.

2. The main drag is aging and showing wear, with its desperate retail, excepting the upscale outdoor mall of expensive shops surgically inserted into one of the main shopping zones -- an attempt to wrench the boisterous street into some sort of bizarre elegance.

7. William at the front desk provides top notch service; the hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to the beach and State Street; the bed was very comfortable; the pool is relaxing; and the wine and cheese tasting is a nice touch.
