1. I called Brisas as a last resort, they had one room, the penthouse suite available and gave us a very good rate.

2. We had a good rate from Expedia for a king bed room, but were instantly upgraded to a penthouse suite, with a large family room, full kitchen, Dressing room, and firepace.

10. Further to my husbands review that is already included below (the one year wedding anniversary trip), when we told the front desk the extreme discomfort we experienced in this hotel, he proceeded to charge us the full rate with no attempt to try and fix the situation.
