1. The staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the inn is conveniently located within walking distance to Street AND the beach.

4. We finally succumbed to having to travel by car after dinner, and we did visit a wonderful beach, complete with a beachhouse resto -- The Boathouse at Hendry's Beach -- that looked compelling for another visit, maybe.
