3. The front desk staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgable about area activities, dining, etc. The hotel is a short walk to lively State St for dining and shopping, and only a couple blocks from the beach and pier.

5. Free dvd rentals from the front desk - extensive list - just wish it was categorized by rating - or at least had a 'family' section as the ratings are not listed in the lists which can make it hard to pick age appropriate movies.
