1. The grounds are beautiful, and the lobby area (where wine & cheese is served in the afternoons and breakfast is served in the morning) is warm and inviting.

These are:IRIS COTTAGE- Rooms 37,38,39,40ROSE COTTAGE- Rooms 28,29,30,31GARDEN ROOM-Room 32MAIN BUILDING-Rooms 36 and 34** All of the rooms in these buildings sit in one-level bungalows directly adjacent to the garden and courtyard patio, which is used for people gathering and sitting in the 12 Adirondack chairs, or the 4 round bistro tables and chairs on the patio which are used for the Continental breakfast (another 4 tables are inside the entrance to the lobby, just off the patio).
