1. In the meantime, I stood there looking at her and then the key, patiently waiting for her to realize why I was acting like a weird interloper in the other couple's check-in process.

4. Guests to the Country House should be warned that they must check in first at the Upham, which the literature of the hotel does not make clear, so you have to walk back a block or tow.

5. We emailed in advance and the hotel let us check in just before 9 am to get some sleep before enjoying the city - this made all the difference to our stay so thank you, again.
