4. There was a hot entree for breakfast (something you don't get at the Upham although they are sister hotels), and a really good continental spread of pastries, granola/yogurt, bagels/muffins, grapefruit halves, juice, coffee and tea.

9. However, our room was right above the restaurant kitchen, and the noise from the kitchen was very noticible until almost 11 p.m. Pluses: great location, cute hotel, nice grounds, very cleanMinuses: noise from kitchen, relatively expensive; I would have given it 4 stars without the noise.
