1. The Penthouse is just the right size and has plenty of luxury touches: wood-burning fireplace, private deck with a peek of ocean, large Jacuzzi tub under a skylight, high-end shower, dimmers on the lights, and a big bed with the most-comfortable sheets I've ever felt.

2. With its small living room and cozy bedroom ( GREAT bed) as well as a private patio/deck, it was perfect for resting after a busy day of walking, shopping and investigating the interesting neighborhoods and waterfront.

We really liked being right on the garden with a private tiny deck of our own (unfortunatly it was too cool to really enjoy in January but in warmer months would have taken our breakfast there to eat); we would not have been happy having to navigate thru all the cars parked on the property to reach our room in another less central location.
