1. On the map it looks like this hotel is right next to SeaWorld, but it is a good 20 minute walk to get there (and I walk fast).

The three pools and the hot tub were all very nice, as well as the hotel bar, the outdoor firepits and the grounds were fun to walk around, extending into the Mission Bay area, marinas, etc. The on-site restaurant, Red Marlin was very good and priced around what you would expect for a hotel-resort restuarant.

7. The hotel is quite remote- there is not much right there if you like to walk to several options to eat, etc. Take a drive to Mission Beach- it's very close.
