Items that did no work or were unsatisfactory included a broken A/C (forced move to room on edge of property), poor reception on TV, stray human hairs stuck on bathroom ceiling above shower, very low wireless signal and inoperable Ethernet jack (staff worked on but could not fix either, very annoying due to need to work from room), repeated requests for items missing from room, like binder containing property information and bath towels ( only 3 total on check in for 3 adults and child).
