7. The front desk staff, in particular, have been very apologetic and friendly after the fact, but it doesn't change the fact that these things shouldn't happen at a high end resort that charges correspondingly high end prices.

9. Would recommend a trip to Coronado Beach while in San Diego as it's a stunning beach area and we also had a great meal at the Red Lobster nearby which does amazing Crab at a great price.
