1. There were no towel racks in the bathroom, however, so there was no where to put wet towels or my clothes except on the toilet seat cover or the floor.

2. Extra comfy bed and pillow, basically identical to the Westin Heavenly Bed, a large L-shaped desk for business, generous sitting area, elegantly appointed bathroom with granite counter, nicely tiled floor, marble-like paneling, comfy towels, generous amenities.

7. They left us 2 bath towels, a nearly empty toilet paper core without a new roll, and empty bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner on the edge of the tub without replacing them.

8. And I could see the housekeeper in that bathroom, rinsing the glasses out and drying them with the bathroom towel, and putting them right back on the counter.
