1. The hotel sports a decent gym, but nothing to get excited about, and it is very close to the water where the is a great sidewalk trail for running with plenty of runners and numerous attractions to make it interesting.

5. The gym is on the 22nd floor and is much better than most Marriott gyms (more equipment and better space) - with individual flat screens for the aerobic equipment as well as nice big windows if you prefer to look at the cityscape rather than watch tv while you work out.
